Bio-availability of Calcium in Milk

Some say that osteoporosis is due to poor bio-availability of calcium in cow’s milk, causing a lack of calcium.

All children that grow up drinking cow’s milk are perfectly able to grow strong bones.

There is no question about that one can increase BMD by consuming cow’s milk. Adults in countries where they consume lots of cow’s milk, averagely have a higher BMD.

Even if bio-availability of human milk is 100% and bio-availability of cow’s milk would be 25%, still sufficient calcium would be absorbed from cow’s milk.

This theory is too silly to be further discussed here.
